Michael Friedman is a leader in the resort residential real estate industry and has more than a decade of successful sales and marketing experience in a variety of master-planned communities. 

But for Friedman, who is well-known throughout the industry for his energy and passion, it all began nearly 30 years ago on a basketball court for a little-known college in the heart of Cleveland, Ohio. 

As the youngest coach in the state, Friedman experienced his share of challenges and obstacles.  But he fought through the adversity and brought his special brand of enthusiasm and motivation to Dyke College.  When his tenure had ended, he had become the winningest basketball coach in the school's history.

Scott Berkowitz, Playbook Sales & Marketing

Scott Berkowitz has been successfully building and growing businesses for more than 15 years.  His real estate experience spans nearly a decade and he has been involved in a variety of aspects of the industry.   His foray into real estate began by founding a title insurance company that he later networked with a variety of luxury realtors.  The concept was so successful that Berkowitz and his partner subsequently opened up two more title companies using the same model for lenders/mortgage brokers and developers.
